Refund policy

If you find and can prove that a product is counterfeit, or if there is a legitimate issue with the product that is our fault, we will accept returns at no cost to you. You may choose to receive a refund or exchange the product.

If you dislike the product due to its flavor or other reasons that are not our fault, we will not accept returns.

Note:

  1. Products with a short expiry or those on sale will only be accepted for return if proven counterfeit.
  2. Clumps are common in creatine powder or pre-workout powder due to moisture and weather conditions. These products will only be accepted for return if proven counterfeit.
  3. Products with opened seals will not be exchanged but can be returned if proven counterfeit.
  4. Manufacturers sometimes change the size, shape, or color of their scoops. These products should be verified with the manufacturers first and will only be accepted for return if proven counterfeit.
  5. There is a 1% chance that your product may not include a scoop. Such products will only be accepted for return if declared counterfeit by the manufacturers.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
